Overall, we had an amazing trip and loved every minute. Our driver Onesimus was tremendous and worked hard throughout the trip to ensure that my whole family had a wonderful time. The vehicle was perfect and we loved the gifts that we were given at the start of the trip – thank you!
Our highlight, as a place to stay, was definitely the Elephant’s Bedroom. This is a magical place and an incredible experience and we loved every minute of our stay there. We were emotional and sad when we had to leave there, it was incredible. The Masai Mara was also exceptional for the day-to-day safari and the hotel Serena was also incredible – a million dollar view from the bedroom windows.

Our stay at Kibo camp was excellent. Staff at the camp were friendly and accommodating.
Driver/guide/vehicle: Evans our driver similarly was excellent. Well informed, good and safe driver who was also very accommodating to our requests and schedule. Thanks to him we managed to see all the large game Amboseli has to offer, had a great view of Mt. Kilimanjaro, and were also impressed by his knowledge on birds (next to that of the big game). An excellent time. We enjoyed being able to observe how the local merchants operated during their daily business routine. The food was fantastic. Very delicious with fresh ingredients.
Hanoi City Tour
Very educational. Provided great detail about the history of Hanoi and the lifestyle. Learning about the fascinating history of Vietnam was something we enjoyed. Getting a chance to see the beautiful temples and scenery of Hanoi was one our favorite parts of the trip. The cycle ride was also very entertaining and unique to us.
Halong Bay
Incredible from start to finish. We were entertained constantly with the cooking lessons, tai chi, etc. We loved the island tours, especially the floating village. We had not seen anything like that before so very memorable and interesting to see.
Hoi An food tour – Incredible. A must do for anyone visiting Hoi An. Simply incredible
Ho Chi Minh tour:
Ho chi minh we liked the city tour and museum during the day and thought the scooter tour during the night was awesome. Mekong day we like stopping by the giant buddah and the temple was nice.
Phu quoc:
The resort was nice and in a central location on the island. Would recommend going to sao beach as that has white sand and crystal clear water.

Botswana & Victoria Falls Tour
The trip overall was a 10 out of 10, and we all had a fabulous time every step of the way. Thank you very much for your efforts in making this happen, I know it is a trip that the four of us will remember forever. I definitely feel that we made the best use of our time in each location, especially since we were on the move so much.
Cape Town accommodations were excellent, especially the bed and breakfast place.
Transportation to Botswana was perfect, with someone meeting us at the airport and then helping us as we got to the Okavango. The accommodations at the Xakanaxa Camp were amazing.
Chobe National Park was perfect in every respect. The hotel was great, and the order of every activity was perfect schedule wise for us.
The location of the Kingdom was perfect for our activities at Victoria Falls. The walk along the Falls on the Zimbabwe side after was a great way to see everything after doing the more extreme stuff earlier.

We just arrived back in Nairobi after a five day excursion to Lakes Naivasha, Elementati, and Nakuru followed by three nights in Masai Mara with wonderful tent accommodations at the Ilkeliani Camp. Everything went very smoothly (except the famous road to Masai Mara!) and our guide, John Muchiri, could not have done a better job. He has done these tours for over 20 years and has not only a great sense of humor but seems to have a sixth sense about where the animals are. We saw whole prides of lions, 5 cheetahs strolling across the grasslands, a million wildebeests as part of the great migration (even John was taking photos of that) and many others – capped off by a rare sighting of a leopard this morning. John went out of his way over and over again to make our trip worthwhile, and it was truly unforgettable. Thanks to him and to Chris at Travel Affairs for making this a truly amazing experience!!!

Mara Kempinski is an amazing place, made so tastefully, the staff are very friendly and the hospitality, second to none. Thank you for suggesting the flying package, as that’s the way to go if one only has 2 nights.
Being in a conservancy, we saw a lot of animals including cheetahs, a pride of a dozen lions with Cubs, elephants and plenty of other animals as well as a variety of birds.

We recently travelled to Voi for the christmas holidays and everything was handled by Travel Affairs. We stayed at the Voi Wildlife Lodge and had the most amazing time. Wildlife up close, swimming all day, good food & spacious & well kept accomodation. Apologies for the delay in response. We arrived safely back to Toronto. We had an amazing trip just like last time. The hotels were very good; the masai mara camp exceeded our expectations. The food was good overall. Our guide, David was just sensational. He showed us everything we wanted to see and took the extra efforts to make sure we were safe and enjoying the trip.
Thanks for the great planning, we didnt have to worry about anything once we got there.
We werent able to see the river crossing, but maybe we can do another trip in the future 🙂

We absolutely loved it. In fact the whole family had only good things to say – and for 19pax to all be unanimous that’s saying something! The food was fantastic, the service was exceptional and yours and Christine’s organisation was superb!
We had a wonderful and enjoyable time in Kenya and everything was very well organized by Travel Affairs. Entim was great (even better than Ilkeliani) and so was Chale Island. Fairview also a lovely place. Drivers were in time and polite. So all perfect.

I went on a 10 day trip to Kenya through Travel Affairs. Within that period, they organized activities in 4 different locations throughout the country – Nairobi, Massai Mara, Diani, and Mombassa. The agenda was meticulously planned and everything went very smoothly. The accommodations were fantastic, the staff extremely helpful, and the activities ranging from snorkeling to hot air balloon safari!
I recently visited Kenya for 10 days and went to Nairobi, Masai Mara, and Mombasa through travel affairs. It was the trip of a lifetime! Every place we stayed at was gorgeous and the people were extremely hospitable. For the Masai Mara safari, our drivers were very knowledgable about the flora and fauna of Africa. On that safari we were lucky to see lions, hippos, elephants, gazelles, zebras, giraffes, impalas, warthogs, hyenas, buffalo, and many more! Our stay at Mombasa was lovely and relaxing- travel affairs put us up in these gorgeous beach front villas with a private chef! We had a large group (11 people) and travel affairs was able to accommodate all of our needs very well, including things like lost luggage. Travel Affairs is the best, and you should book with them because they will make your vacation enjoyable and fun!
