New – JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi

JW Marriott, a distinguished member of Marriott Bonvoy’s extensive portfolio boasting over 30 exceptional hotel brands, has marked its Nairobi debut with the unveiling of JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi, its second property in Kenya. The hotel joins the JW Marriott Masai Mara Lodge which was opened last year. Towering as the tallest hotel in the nation, with 35 stories situated in the vibrant Westlands commercial district, JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi promises travelers an unparalleled experience, blending luxury with convenience.

The hotel boasts 315 elegantly appointed guestrooms, complemented by five diverse dining venues offering international cuisines, a luxurious Spa by JW, a refreshing swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and eight versatile event spaces for various gatherings and celebrations. The hotel’s interior design, masterfully crafted by George Wong, immerses guests in the spirit of an African adventure. Embracing earthy tones reminiscent of the savannah, vibrant Maasai reds, cultural terracotta, and lush safari greens adorn the spaces, creating a harmonious blend of modern luxury and traditional charm.

JW Marriott Nairobi offers a variety of dining options, from casual cafés to gourmet experiences including:

  • The MIDI Café & Patisserie:Ideal for quick meals and pastries.
  • The Myna Restaurant:Serves international cuisine with an African twist, including buffets, brunches and a la carte options.
  • The Hudson Tavern Bar & Grill:Offers a relaxed atmosphere with live sports, tapas and classic American fare.
  • The Mughal:Celebrates the Mughal Empire’s Indian cuisine and culture with a luxurious setting and signature cocktails.

The hotel also offers a total of 1,700 sqm of meeting and events space, including an 800-capacity pillarless ballroom. Serviced apartments will also open later this year.
