Shukran Place, part of the Mada Hotels group, is nearly ready to open its doors with a soft opening from 1^st Sept (official opening on Nov 1). Located in Michamvi (north east) Zanzibar, the hotel is set on 25 acres. Distance & estimated time to Stone Town or Zanzibar Airport: 64 km / 1 hr 25 Min.

All rooms offer stunning Indian Ocean views. The 80 palace rooms provide a generous 85 square meters of living space. While 20 sumptuous 130 square meter suites feature Jacuzzis, a star shower and a lounge.

The palatial new resort offers guests a choice of two specialty restaurants and a coffee shop, three pools, and a truly impressive 500-metre of flawless white sand beach frontage.

For the health conscious there’s a gym, a yoga centre with aerial aerobics plus a

sauna and steam bath with three treatment rooms and a private Jacuzzi.
